Dear Coach,

Coaches Softball League, Inc. announces its annual Spring Summer softball League as well as our snowflake league! The Summer season will run from April through early August and for the Snowflake, season will run from  September to November. The prizes that will be awarded are:

1. League Championship- Individual Jackets and a team Trophy.
2. Runner-ups- individual trophies and a team trophy.
3. Division winners team trophies.
4. Sportsmanship awards.

In order to start promptly in April, the league needs prompt payment from everyone. In order to encourage early league payment and discourage late payment, the following schedule will be applied:

1. Payment before April 1, 2004 $600.00
2. Payment after April 1, 2004 $650.00
3. All new teams $600.00

There will be no exceptions to the above payment schedule. If there are any specific problems, please feel free to contact me.

            In addition to the league fee, each team must put up a $200 forfeit fee. The new forfeit procedure instituted in 1988 was a huge success. Those teams that respond quickly to this letter will get first choice of playing times and fields (where possible).

There will also be an additional $50.00 league fee for any team that has previously forfeited out of Coaches Softball League, Inc.  Please dont delay! For further information, call me at the above Mentioned number or email me.  Discounts apply to teams playing both Saturday and Sunday.

            Please print and fill out the information below and return it with your payment. The league will accept cash or money orders only. Make all money orders out to Bruce Bitterman or to COACHES SOFTBALL LEAGUE, INC.
